The Waymakers' Housing Program provides a community-based approach to supporting our tenants in their goal of independence.
Housing services are offered through a referral from a qualified case worker. Interested individuals may complete an application, by appointment*, at the church on Tuesday's or Thursday's from 10:30-11:00 AM. If you don’t currently have a case management, we could suggest beginning with contacting DMH or DDR (click their respective logo below).
