Bill and Rosa Williams founded The Waymakers Chapel for the Exceptional in 1970. Through their dedication and direction the church grew and they brought their daughter Eva on to assist. Soon she was running the show with the help of Pastor Mike Dotson. While the Waymakers remains a small team they are mighty, thanks in part to volunteers and partnerships like you!
