The Waymakers Chapel for the Exceptional was founded by Bill and Rosa Williams in 1970. Through their hard work, direction, and dedication the organization grew. The Williams' children both felt the calling to help Waymakers and for many years Charlie Rossi served in the background, followed a short time later by his sister, Eva Abshire. Around 2011, Bill asked Mike Dotson to come on as Pastor. All three decided to go full time as Waymakers staff in 2022. While they remain a small team they are mighty, thanks in part to volunteers and partnerships like you!
