The Waymakers Housing Program provides a community based approach wherein tenants are supported in their goal of maintaining independence.
Housing services offered through a referral from a qualified case worker. Interested individuals may complete an application, by appointment*, at the church on Tuesday’s or Thursday’s from 10:30-11:00 AM. If you don’t currently have a case management, we could suggest beginning with contacting DMH or DDR (click the photo below).
